Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information YTMagicTools collects and how it is used.

1. No Account Required

YTMagicTools does not require registration. We do not ask for your name, email, or any personal account information to use our tools.

2. Information We Process

  1. YouTube URLs you submit: processed only to perform the conversion or extraction you requested. They are not linked to your identity.
  2. Generated files: MP3, SRT, and transcript files are created temporarily on our server and automatically deleted after your download (and swept regularly thereafter). We do not retain your media.
  3. Standard server logs: like most websites, our servers may record IP address, browser type, and timestamps for security and diagnostics.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

We use your browser's local storage only to remember your light/dark theme preference. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising on our own behalf. If third-party advertising is enabled in the future, those providers may set their own cookies, governed by their policies.

4. Third-Party Services

To deliver our tools we interact with YouTube's public endpoints. Your use of YouTube content is also subject to YouTube's and Google's policies. We load web fonts from Google Fonts.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit. Because no media is permanently stored, the risk of long-term data exposure is minimal.

6. Children's Privacy

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
